• Due to the made-to-order nature of our jewelry, we are unable to accept returns on any items.
• All sales are final for items purchased through pre-order or custom design services.

Exchanges & Adjustments

• Exchanges: As each piece is uniquely crafted, exchanges are not available for pre-order or made-to-order jewelry.
• Adjustments: If modifications to your jewelry are required after receipt, please contact us for a personalized consultation. Adjustments are permitted once to preserve the integrity and exceptional quality of the design. Kindly note that additional fees may apply depending on the nature of the requested alteration.
