Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 10–14 business days from the date the order is placed.

For items that are currently in stock, orders may ship within a shorter timeframe.

Once your order has been completed, packaged, and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

• We ship worldwide using trusted insured courier services such as FedEx, DHL Express, or UPS, depending on destination and availability.
• All shipments are insured and may require a signature upon delivery for security purposes.
• Shipping timelines provided by the courier are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Orders generally ship Monday through Friday only. Weekend and holiday deliveries may not be available in certain regions.

If your order contains multiple products, items may occasionally ship separately depending on production timelines or stock availability. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees required by their country’s customs authorities.

Busar & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping and contact information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Busar & Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Busar & Co. is not liable for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the courier. However, we will do our best to assist customers in resolving any shipping concerns.

Made-to-order, customized, engraved, special order, and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

As many pieces are specially produced upon request, we are unable to offer cancellations once production has begun.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@busarandco.com with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos/videos of the item and packaging
• A description of the issue

Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a repair, replacement, exchange, or store credit at our discretion.

• Exchanges may be approved only for eligible non-custom items in unused condition and must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Approved exchange items must be returned in original packaging and unworn condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Made-to-order items
• Custom or personalized products
• Worn, altered, or damaged items caused by misuse
• Items returned without prior approval

Orders refused upon delivery may be subject to return shipping fees, customs charges, and restocking fees deducted from any approved refund.
